Return Policy

WE GUARANTEE PRODUCT SATISFACTION

A refund or product exchange will be issued if you are not satisfied with any of Unicity Health products. You have to contact us within sixty (60) days from the date of purchase. If you want to return a Unicity Health product, you are accountable for its return postage and inform us with a written notice of the reason for returning the Unicity Health product. Without this written letter, we cannot warrant a replacement of the Unicity Health product nor guarantee a refund. Contact us before returning any Unicity Health product through 1-888-928-8333. However, if you did not take the product upon delivery and it is returned to us, you will be given a refund for the returned Unicity Health product. You will be responsible for charges equal to our company’s shipping costs.When this happens, you will be refunded minus the cost of the shipping.

ON SHIPPING POLICIES

We process your Unicity Health product orders on the following business day which is from Monday to Friday. We use USPS Priority Mail for shipping our Unicity Health products. Most of the orders are shipped directly from California but there are instances when Unicity Health product orders come directly from Unicity. Whether Unicity Health products come from Shoppe 4 Health or from Unicity, your credit card will show charges from “Shoppe 4 Health.” We use priority mail for our deliveries from California. Bigger items are delivered via UPS, based on the price. USPS guarantees two to three days delivery. Take note that we do not anymore an offer expedited shipping method, however, if you have a special requirement or need, kindly contact us.

ON BACK ORDERS

In cases where Unicity Health products are not available or “out of stock,” they will be placed on a “Back Order” category and will be delivered the soonest the stocks are available. However, we charge additional shipping fees when these Unicity Health products are shipped separately from your other orders. We shall inform you if the delay will be more than three days.

ON MISSING ITEMS

In cases where there are missing or damaged Unicity Health products, they should be reported within five days from the date of delivery. You can contact us on “Contact Us” page of our official website. Or, you can call us.By contacting us, please remember to include the Unicity Health product order number in your complaint. After this 5-day time frame, we cannot assure you of ay replacement of the Unicity Health product.

There will be some unique cases, which are seldom, where we find it deemed to refuse or deny a particular transaction where you will be given a full refund of the money due to you.

ON PAYMENT METHODS

You may use major credit cards such as American Express, Discover, Visa, Master Card, by PayPal, or by check in paying for your Unicity Health products. Health product orders that are paid by check will be processed right after the check is cleared. With the PayPal method, you can pay your orders by any of the major credit card or from your PayPal account directly. Take note of the following when you choose PayPal to pay your Unicity Health product orders:

1. You have to go back to our official website if you have paid through PayPal. Click on PayPal tab and go back to our site for final verification. Failure to do this will place your transactionon a high risk of being unrecorded and it will be placed on abandoned status. You will know when this happens when you do not receive your “Receipt” page.
2. Paying your orders directly from your PayPal account may draw from your bank and it will take two to three days to finish the transaction. Unicity Health product orders will not be shipped until we receive an official notice from PayPal that the transaction has been completed.

SALES TAX INFORMATION

Those who are living in California are charged with an 8%-sales tax.
